my ECU is a partial unlock. I have another ECU now that is pre-June. I want to clone it and get ecutek

Who do I contact to do that? I’ve reached out to viscosity no reply. I’ve messaged speed industry no reply. Who do I contact for them to get my files from femto and clone on to the second ecu i have

man epc i order a lip and told me it was in stock and when i order almost 2 weeks past no update so then i wanted to cancel it and get my refund so i contacted them and no reply for a week then they replied and said they would do it immediately and im still sitting here a week in a half later with no respond i have emailed message so many times and they are leaving me on read like what the actual fuck im still fucking waiting and this is the most stressful service i had with them i got my ecu unlocked by them and it was nice and smooth no problem but this is the worst fucking headache i hope its someone from epc that see this and can help me out like pleaseeeeese

i ordered a lip. i got no updated and was told prior to me ordering it was in stock. so im like well shit im like order from somewhere else where it is in stock but cancel this one first. so i reached out to them saying “hey could i just cancel my order because its not going to come in time and i was told it was in stock. no reply. then i was like “hello can you guys please respond i just want to cancel my order and get my refund i didn’t get the item at all and was told its in stock” then mfs leave me on read and i'm like what the fuck. so then after a week i get a email saying they will refund and cancel immediately and now its been 2weeks with no cancellation or refund so i'm like stress i have tried too reach out to them on email and instagram and get 0 replies they weren't like this when i got my ecu unlocked

Not much better. I’d say keep trying, but frankly - you’ve exhausted our interest.

As last resort if you paid by credit card, you can claim it there. They'll for sure hate it, but will get their attention. Anyhow, they're rather active on the forums so it's kinda surprising..
