I was out for my early morning coffee drive and drove by the autoport again.
I saw one row with 9 Supras. There are thousands of cars in the lot, so there could be more.
Fuel door is open on the Black one in front.

picked up my MT on Friday it’s been a blast so far already have 400km’s on it. The 1-2 shift is a bit weird I think it’s because of the clutch delay valve as others have said you have to release the clutch pretty slow to not have it jerk you around but other than that it’s amazing

Just put a $1,000 deposit down on a black MT in Saskatchewan. At best a 2024 model but may be a 2025 depending on build time and schedule.

Discussed ordering with two local dealers, both told me they get about 1-2 MT allocations per year, they need a $1,000 deposit and a letter of pre-approval for financing either from my bank or through them. Wait time 12-18 months, but could be sooner if lucky.

I ended up ordering from the dealer that said they had sold one MT last year.

No word on when I can expect my build, so I’ll update y’all when I get more info.

I’m not sure what transmission is in these but if it’s anything like my e92, then that sounds like typical BMW manual clutch wonkyness. My e92 1-2nd is very unhappy with quick shifts unless you shift above 3k RPM and give it a bit more gas than normal.

Yeah it's a crap shoot & you'll probably only know when it's coming when it has already arrived ;)

Mine came pretty quickly (6 months to take delivery, knew they had it coming about 4-5 months) because of the Toyota "ordering" system, which looks a bit like this:

and because I had something that the dealer wanted (another Supra). Your dealer can place an 'order' for whatever colour you want, but they'll just end up getting whatever they get.

Yeah it’s the clutch delay valve I’ve heard once it’s deleted it’s much better.

I did speak to ENS but no I didn’t end up ordering from them. They told me the same thing, 1-2 allocations a year, need deposit and pre-approved financing, no real timeline.

Which other dealer sold a manual if it it's not ENS? that's weird they didn't even get one yet.

Prince Albert Toyota said they sold one this year. They currently have a red 3.0 Auto on the lot, although that may have changed as I didn’t see it when I drove by the other day, so maybe it’s inside.

Interesting. Didn't know they were high volume enough to get one.
