Was it difficult or do they really just ‘pop’ off?? Like a ‘5 minute job’ ?
Hey, you're in luck, this guide is amazing:
https://www.supramkv.com/threads/ind-a90-supra-painted-mirror-cover-diy.3065/

I am just about to try this myself, all my tools for the job arrived from amazon today, selection of pry tools, filling putty applicator, needle nose pliers, now just waiting for the new mirror covers. I might try to do a video of some of the process, particularly the "scary" popping bits.

Thanks for the link….. I thinks it’s focused my mind enough that I can live with my existing mirrors ??

Very easy. Painter's tape at the bottom of the mirror.
Pry mirror off slowly with pry tool or a ruler.
Use needle node pliers to compress three clamps.
Remove current cover.
Insert need cover sliding in all three clamps.
Press....pop. Done.

I removed the gloss CF ones that came with the car and replaces with the red, so this wasn't my first time doing it, but it's not tough and lots of videos out there.

When prying the mirror, any specific place you started from? And is it quite tough / need quite a lot of force?

Don't make this mistake I did. My passenger side was stuck, and I applied unnecessary force and cracked. If it's stuck, breathe and wiggle abit, keep working it gently and should come off.

Start from the middle then side to side. My driver side came off alot simpler than passenger.

First time posting. She just arrived after a short two month wait. I got very lucky and was able to snag the 3.0 premium MT at Community Toyota in Texas thanks to the allocation tracker on here.
Congrats! Absolute Zero with the 2023 frozen gunmetal gray forged wheels looks so good!

Need a cool suit !
And a garage to park in! Plenty of garage spots @ Homestead. In Sebring I pay the extra $50 for the space. Well worth it imo. And that’s during our ”cool” months ?

Still looks like fun regardless!
