Anyone’s gearbox jerky in normal mode

In normal mode it try’s to get in 8th as fast as it can .
It feels jerky too whilst doing it .

Cars Has ecutek tune and DP.

I’m assuming it’s the engine tune causing it and maybe needs adjustment?.

how would it affect the box ?, is it part of the tune to change gearbox parameters?or is it additional torque influencing changes ?.

Yeah, I figured it was a typo. I literally just copied what Jesse replied and pasted it. Just felt like that interaction needed to continue.

Yes the stock TCU tune in normal mode races to 8th as fast as it can. I've never noticed it being jerky, but it does bog the shit out of the engine. The XHP trans flash lets you change the shift points in normal mode so it waits to go into 8th until a higher speed and stops bogging though.
