What's your wheel of choice, then? Just wondering. Both made in China.
Don't want either.
As a BMW guy, I've made it a mission to never once ever own a set of Apex wheels lol.
I personally stay away from Titan.
They lie about VIA certification:

They lie about JWL certification:

They used to tout a "completely designed and made in house with our extensive facilities", but last I heard they follow the same process as APEX. This isn't inherently bad, but why lie about it?
Also if you search up "Titan7" on other forums or Reddit, there are a lot of people showing catastrophic failure on track from them.
Either way, buy what you want. They make good designs and people that I know that use them don't have issues.
But to sum it up.... APEX would be the move for me.
Yeah I have not seen the same failures for Supras. These posts are a couple of years old and for other platforms. Maybe an old design issue?Jackie Ding ran the TS5's on his 700+whp Supra race car with no cracking whatsoever. It could be that some folks destroyed their Titan's with horrible driving which can happen to the most expensive wheels as well.
Like I said, this debate is as old as time itself.Jackie Ding ran the TS5's on his 700+whp Supra race car with no cracking whatsoever. It could be that some folks destroyed their Titan's with horrible driving which can happen to the most expensive wheels as well.
