If you read the thread. $61 isn't all their cost it's partially paypals and not on the merchant to refund that.

Based on the professionalism and ability to stay calm in this ridiculous situation, I'll be doing business with EPH in the future.

100% what my wife told me as well. She's always telling me her work customer stories, and I'm like, "was this before or after, you told them to go fuck themselves and block their IP?" Haha

Man! Slow down! I deleted it, haha. I didn't realize there were 5 pages. Saw the first post from EPH and ya, they win. Now I have to buy my next batch of toys from them! Great response and professionalism.

Just wanted to say thanks to EPH for definitely going above and beyond (Even for someone who doesn't deserve it, not to mention EPH wasn't the cause of the fee). Ill be making sure to search for my products at the EPH site.

The community will make up that dudes very important and vital $61-67.
