If your M2 was a manual, yes keep that thing.

Reading it's a DCT, dump that shitbox ASAP and get an F87CS while you still can with a stick.

Or an 18 OG M2 and B58 swap it. I'm thinking about doing that tbh.

Thanks everyone! It's a DCT, not a manual. I do love the way it drives, but I just really love the look of the Supra. Not enough to make a switch though.

My mind is now at ease!

I actually really wanted a 2021 M2 Comp badly before I bought my 2023 MKV 6MT. The main reason I didn’t move forward were the still inflated prices as the G87 had not been revealed yet. A used 2021 M2 Comp with 10-30k miles for the same price of a brand new MKV. If I was in your shoes, I would enjoy your F87, update the crankshaft, ceramic coat or ppf it, buy a better shifter, new wheels, etc. manufacturers want you to make the jump all the time so they make money but true enthusiasts if they are happy, enjoy their platform long term and grow with it. I’m not into the YouTube fake enthusiasts who switch cars more than they switch underwear for the social media clout. You’re in good hands. The F87 is a classic.

Get Supra 6MT if you don’t need the rear seat. Similar straight line performance but Supra has better handling dynamics. Looks more ‘wow’ too

get yourself some equal length mid pipes and an OTS tune and really enjoy the car. if you were thinking about getting rid of the M2, apologize to it by buying it parts

but.. you might actually enjoy the MT supra more than most people would, since you'd be able to firsthand compare it to the gen 1 B58 you had. people also regard the MT as one of the best feeling transmissions on the current market. either keeping the M2C or grabbing an MT soup is a good choice

and sorry for the unfriendly replies, a lot of people on here are very sensitive
