Has anyone had HKS and Armaspeed? would love to know the difference sound wise.. thanks!
No. These are both brand new to the market and nobody on this forum has had a chance to get them. You should buy both and create the content that isn't available anywhere on the internet or within the search bar.

HKS is quieter, especially with the matching CF lid installed. Armaspeed is probably the loudest on the market. I have the MST V2 installed on mine and it’s plenty loud for me and makes all of the right spooly boi noises.

Ive had MST and Armaspeed. MST fits better and sounds 90% as good as Arma. The Armaspeed fits like crap, looks amazing and is the loudest. I should have just stayed with the MST but had to find out for myself.

Crazy enough, I literally have been searching all over and there's no one directly comparing both. There's generic intake videos and threads but nothing specifically on these 2... at least I didn't open a new thread about it? :)

I've heard mixed opinions on this for both- I've heard some say mst fits like crap and armaspeed fit better, and the other way around. Also heard conflicting info on sound, comparison wise as well.

It's unfortunately difficult to source these parts in Canada - both MST and armaspeed aren't readily available, and import fees are insane these days.. HKS seems to be the easiest to source. Do you think HKS open box would be as loud as Arma/Mst? Or is it an armaspeed is BIC currently situation?

Use a service like Shippsy or CrossBorderPickups. It gives you a US address to ship items to and then they'll bring it across the border and give you a pickup location.

I use CBP personally and they have a pickup location on Kamato Road in Mississauga that makes it pretty convenient

I’ve owned and installed both. No reason to mislead or not be objective. Arma wins on sound and how it looks. MST is better at everything else including price and fit

no best option; it's a personal preference; ARMA is louder. if that's what you are looking for , then its the better option for you.

We got ARMA, HKS and MST all in stock and ready to ship

Im curious all videos and user experience with armaspeed has paired it with the stock inlet only (or never mentioned it replaces stock inlet as well) but is possible like any other intake you can use an aftermarket inlet with it?

Its a single piece that replaces the entire piping from the filter to the inlet.

The best air upgrade is a downpipe. Just get that and know if you want a new air intake it’s just for the noise.

FWIW I ran the MST v2 on my previous Supra. Zero meaningful complaints about fitment; my only gripe is the filter can rub on the bolt for strut tower bracket. Easy solve, though. The sound is incredible -- it makes all of the right noises. Considering an intake is essentially a sound-only upgrade it 100% delivers.

So.. I just picked up a '24 after being out of the game for a bit and after reviewing all of the options I went with the MST v2 again. The MAD and Armaspeed and some others are essentially the same basic design as the MST. The MAD does not come with the turbo inlet so once you add that you're pretty close to MST pricing. If the Arma comes with the inlet it's not clear in the ad, so that may be additional as well.

TL;DR -- MST v2 is the best bang for the buck, IMO
