Searched inventories and upcoming allocations national wide, yet to see any 8AT with blue. All blues are fitted with manual transmission. There are plenty of whites, with some reds, and a couple blacks.

Wonder how Toyota decide what color to send out. Looks to be sending out the same color for every batch, then change the color in paint booth for the next to reduce cost.

I’m sure there is some sort of rotation of production specs. The 2024 MY didn’t have any MT stratos until the end of the 2024 production.

Now if you look at the allocations, MY25 Blue MT is all over the place. It seems like the first batch of 25 has a tone of these.

There are only 2 listed on Toyota.com in south Florida right now and 1 is blue/hazel/auto. so they are out there.

I picked up my blue 2025 AT last week

there is another one arriving at a Houston dealership in next week or so. I was talking with them about a deposit until they pulled the $5K over sticker nonsense

Seems like most blue ones are being allocated to south. Very few in north east and a couple dealers invited me to step in and test drive although they don't have a Supra of any color on the lot. These Toyota dealers trends to think every car sales at volume so they can just get me in and sign something :(

I'm having the same issue. I want blue auto with black leather. Seemingly impossible to find. Found a Houston TX dealer allocated to get one and said they were starting the bidding at $81,999. LOL

With tax and fees that’s almost 90K for a Supra. IMO it’s insane, and bidding makes it absolutely crazy. Won’t justify not go for a Cayman S.

One pattern I found is Toyota seems to send these in batches. In north east and for Auto, they sent a tons of whites for January, then Blacks for the new early February allocations, March will be all red with very few other colors, and not a single white. If that’s the pattern then we should expect some blue in May. I don’t know if I’m overfitting their allocation model, but that’s what I found. It also depends on region, north east only gets Premium + Driver Assist Package, but Southern states do get some none premium base models.

Waiting also has the risk of they slowdown and terminate the production at some point in the year so you’ll never get what you want. AFAIK some BMW dealerships already stopped taking orders for Z4 M40i.

Donā€˜t do it! I went through a similar problem finding phantom grey with red. One will land at a dealer that’s a good honest dealer. But you have to keep doing your zip code search every 2-4 weeks. Then hit the keyboard or phone and start letting them know they found their buyer. Ask how much will you ā€œsaveā€ on the internet deal you just found, play dumb. Then act surprised when they want more & let them know you’re willing to buy it at MSRP.

That guy on the other end of the line (or internet) wants to sell the car as bad as you want to buy it. So make his/her day. Let them know you will buy it at MSRP. Let them go fight for you. They will beg & plead to their powers that be to have that sale. Rinse and repeat all over the country. It works every time.

Yeah I quoted every dealer in the region and found a deal below MSRP, with a couple lower but out of state. That's for the second choice of color. The allocation is confirmed and going to take the delivery soon. Won't pay a penny over the MSRP.

If you end up buying one out of state, is your plan to fly/drive to the dealer and drive the Supra home, or have it shipped to you?

When I was shopping for a 3 series a couple months ago, the local bmw dealer wouldn’t budge on an already over priced 3 series. In fact, the finance manager gave me all sorts of attitude about how they couldn’t drop $1,000 off the asking price on the used 330i Msport I was looking at. I got up and walked out. Three months later they still have the car in inventory and it has now been reduced $4,000. Idiots could have sold the car for more right there but chose not to.

Meanwhile I already purchased one with much less miles and in much better condition for much less than even the current dropped price.

Now I know to never go to that dealership.
