BM3 datalog dashboard not working?

Already reached out to Sameh but he responds once every full moon so I figured I should ask here.

Currently being tuned with BM3 by Sameh and first datalog went normal and he gave me my second map as well as more options to enable within BM3 datalog settings. Only issue is that after enabling these settings, the gauges stay at 0 and I cannot datalog anymore. Almost as if the app freezes.

During this, I checked if I could use custom-rom for live adjustment, checked to see if my connection was still green, and yes it all still works. Anyone had this issue before? Image of the settings he told me to enable in advanced datalog included

This may or may not be related to your issue. A couple days ago, my BM3 gauge dashboard was completely grey and only showed the min and max values below the gauge. Closing and reopening the app and restarting my phone did nothing, got the same behavior. The gauge dashboard started working again only after changing the gauge type from gauge to radial (tap each gauge > configure channel > gauge type > radial).

Yes, this happens when the actual item isn't using the right address for the ROM ID. I have this issue with my Supra. I cannot log Vanos, it freezes the app. I have tried to get support to fix it but they keep giving me the run around and saying they are putting all their effort into Rev2 that will probably never come out.

To their credit, they have fixed other data items for me in the past.

This happened to me. I went in under settings and pushed the reset defaults.

Its annoying having to reconfigure all the channels again. Reset to defaults fixed it for me.

Yup, I have to do this at least once a month.

Try deleting and reinstalling. I have to do that like once a month.

Did that as well. Had to walk away from it. Will try again in few. Sent a support ticket as well. @razorlab

After deleting the app 3 times it worked. Then when I tried again it went back to not working. They had an app update a couple days ago and seems like it just made that problem worse

Yea I turned auto update off as they would always seem to update and break crap right before I had a track day.
