Hey guys, new to this forum and looking for some advise. I recently ordered some wheels from Vossen. Was told these sizes have no issues on stock height. But I'd like to fill in the gap with a slightly bigger tire.

New wheels:
20x9.5 +22 Front
20x11 +32 Rear

Curious what's the max I can go without issues with rubbing in the front & if anyone else has a similar setup. I was debating 275/30's front and 295/30's rear. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

The 295/30R20s for the rear are a really good fit. The front, not so great. I rub on the lower control arms with 255/35R20s at full lock. Best of luck if you go bigger.

Stock Height
- Front 20x9 Offset 25
- Rear 20x10.5 Offset 31

I am running 275/305 30 where the only rubbing I have had was on the rear after market rock guards I fitted. (I just trimmed a bit off of them to fix)

My invoice says wheels are:
20x9.5 30
20x11 40

They are flush with arches since in UK if they protrude further it will fail yearly inspection

Maybe that difference from 22 offset to 30 like yours is just enough for you to not have any rub? I seen lots of forums with people saying going with 20's you want meatier tires if you can to help with bumps and road feel? Not sure how much truth to that there is.

Appreciate the info man! Does it rub bad or just enough to notice. And is the solution to generally just stay mindful of not going full lock when parking/backing up and such?

Here's my set up with Euro Z4 Eibach Spring. .8" drop on all 4 corners.

IMG_5312.jpeg

Vossen VFS6 flow-forged wheels

20" x 9" ET25, with 265/30R20
20" x 10.5" ET30, with 295/30R20
Falken FK510 tires

Only rubs on a very steep pitch on a rare occasion on the added rear splash guard inner area. It doesn't disturb the tire edge in anyway.

Its doesn’t rub that much and since I’m mindful of it I stay a few degrees short of full lock.

Your stance and fitment look amazing. But man I would wreck that setup the way I mob my car.

@Andrew4Supra setup is really nice as he’s taken it to what I would imagine are the limits of size vs lowering the car. If you are considering lowering at some point in the future then I would steal his setup. I was a bit different where I will not be lowering the car as it is a real pain in the arse where I live with speed bumps everywhere. And yes, wider 30’s does obviously increase wall height where my 305 30 is probably pretty close to the profile of the original tyre.
