Replaced my spark plugs, and all my old spark plugs looked like this. Anyone with insight know if I’m running ok. TIA

Mileage? There's not much value in looking at the plug body threads. What you need to be looking at is the insulator but from what I see for a "mileage" plug it's good.

They can’t cost that much. If out, why not just change it? Toyota recommends changing them every 20k miles or 2 years, whichever comes 1st.

I read the 2nd and 3rd post and almost, just almost, thought you were asking if you could put them back in or leave them in longer… ?. And Bryan is spot on. I gotta slow down ??‍♂
