That's just the standard tan interior, which i don't really like tbh. Getting rid of it soon. Well at least the seats

Are y’all getting a seat with 5 or 6 point harness? Love the hazlenut color btw. Before removing mine, I had to use a knee pad for the track to brace myself and not bruise too badly.

Yep. Have Sparco seats on order. 4 point harnesses though not 6. 5 is a terrible choice IMO not sure why anyone would want that strap positioned like that

I hope getting 4 points is a joke. Thats some SEMA build stuff. I watched a friend get paralyzed (neck down) on track from a crash involving 4 points. 0/10, would not recommend.

yes there is some info I missed. Are there any local (US) dealers for the speed engineering snorkel or is it direct from Germany only?

wondering how this compares to the velossatech snorkel system.
I believe it's Germany only. I just ordered one yesterday and it's already shipping via DHL. All others on here seem to have had great experience ordering direct.

Installed the Active Autowerke's Catback exhaust. Appeared to be missing some hardware, but was able to source some from elsewhere. Maybe me and my friends were just slow, but we couldn't initially get it to sit connected without making contact with that bottom cross brace, so we left that off. Is that a concern or nothing really? We only had about an hour with the lift today, but we'll have more time to check/readjust.

Overall the quality of the exhaust seems great. The sound inside the cabin is not as loud as expected, which is a plus! I was slightly concerned with some drone or being obnoxiously loud, but neither!

Yes, I have the Active Autowerke's Catted Downpipe with AA's high flow cat, as well as the Dinan intake + inlet.

I only have a start up in a garage, so wouldn't be anything that would help much. Don't have any driving, fly by or rev clips yet.

It honestly seems very tame when you want it to be, especially in normal/comfort mode!

I found someone on here with it and followed their IG for the sound clips to get an idea! Their Instagram is: https://www.instagram.com/skibsupra?igsh=MXU0amZyajEwbGt1MQ==

The full Active Autowerke's exhaust is much quieter in cabin than say a 2nd Gen GR86 with a Borla S-Type Catback!

The cold starts are very very reasonable. Not overly loud or annoying. The warm start with the roar can be loud, but I didn't mind that, plus you can turn the roar off.

Your mom is my ride
Started the day by labeling the oil fill cap like I do with all my vehicles:

Did my second oil change since owning the car, switched to Motul X-Max 0w-40 from FCP Euro to take advantage of the oil change hack. I feel this is the best oil they offer for my car being in Texas where it’s 30 degrees one day and 100 degrees the next.

Then went out and kicked the clutch… car has a lot of body roll when correcting a slide. Doing the front sway bar helped but I think adding the rear sway bar that’s sitting in my garage will help even more, maybe.…? ?‍♂

There are 4 point harnesses and there are 4 point harnesses. Like Razeolab said, a proper ASM harness should be fine.

With regards to your anecdote...correlation...causation. you know the drill. The number of times I've seen people not even tighten their harnesses properly.... Submarining in a non ASM 4 point is possible. Submarining in a non ASM 4 point that is properly tightened is still possible, but MUCH more unlikely.

What are you waiting for with that rear sway bar homie? Just do it!! ?
And kudos on the oil selection. Great stuff!! Bryan has stellar Blackstone reports with his. Under more harsh track conditions. Can’t go wrong there.

True and why I just got a 6 point. It’s not bad at all if you get the right one, easy to adjust, etc. Been hopping in and out of mine off season now and getting quite used to it.

Absolutely. If anyone asks me for advice about what type of harness to get, i'm always going to say 6 point. That's the best choice. For me the 4 point i'm getting is almost as safe and a lot more practical
