What sizes are you bound to?I bet is the most expensive. am I right????
on my current setup Im runningWhat sizes are you bound to?
RE71RS for sure but would need 285 for rear.on my current setup Im running
275/35 R19
295/35 R19
I m almost 4 inches from ground on front splitter and have no rubbing in the places where there is compression on the track. the brake ducts only rub slightly on max fronth wheel turning. That does not bother me much.
on the RE71 I would have to compromise:I'd go with the A052 or since you mentioned the cup2's I would more so go with the bridgestone RE71's over anything
I'd sacrifice slightly wider tire and go with 285/35 on that back wheel. Right now I've got mine stretched more than that but with regular street tires running michelin ps4s on my apex wheels and it drives and rides just fine. Have ripped through some corners for fun but nothing to crazy and it feels great. Once I replace my tires again I will upsize appropriately though.19x9.5 ET34
19x11 ET40
Yea but your aero would start working. My other option is to bite the bullet and go with 18 inch squared wheels..... Which would put me on a path of looking options. and the car is going to be so low im gonna look like one of those mexican bagged old ford trucks
295/35’s will make you slower in regards to acceleration. Gearing will be longer.on the RE71 I would have to compromise:
about 0.5 inches of side wall by going from 295/35 to 305/30
or losing about 0.2 inches of side wall and losing 10mm of width by going to 285/35
The 18x11 Konigs are part of the Supra Track Boi Starter Package (tm)seems that the best option long term is to get squared 18' wheels and wrap them on RE71RS
not only I have a ton more options in brands and sizes, but I can also rotate them. I will start looking on the different brands and their offsets etc, trying to stay close to my current geometry.
My current contis still have a couple or maybe 3 track weekends. That will give me time to see options and run on beginner tires a little longer.
