Rolled her out and wiped the calipers down. Paint seems to be holding up really well and easier to clean! Debating on adding white Supra decals (ordered online and meant to take the heat of the brakes). Thoughts?

With zero engineering or car handling impacts, I wish we had a beefier rear caliper. Kind of dinky

That’s because you have those peasant spec base small rear rotors.
I wonder if the BBKs for you fancy premium brake guys work with the Peasent model? Or maybe I’m just better suited to go fast

I got premium rotors and calipers to replace my peasant base ones because it was kind of hard to find the pads that I wanted. So far I have not felt the need to upgrade beyond that. I can stop in a dime as it is. I have a video of me slamming brakes behind a Vette on the track when he decided that a standing (not crazy waving) yellow meant full stop.

a car ahead missed braking point and took the escape route into the oval. I also learned a lesson there myself…
But I digress.

Premium rear brakes are the bomb for us peasants

… nothing really with The car. Just got some video out of my very very hard braking.

Cars in front do chain hard braking for a car that was already out of the track. Perhaps too much braking from everyone.

I did NOT see the yellow and I'm arriving fast at the corner where everyone is braking more than usual.

Lessons Learned: LOOK AHEAD FOR THE FLAGS, the car in front may do something you don’t expect!!!!!

No harm done. I do have some decent braking capability in this car LOL. As Leclerc would say: “Just an Inchident” we were all braking at that point. I need to be 110% ready to react to unexpected things. Part of the learning curve.

Love to ask that moron what the yellow means on a traffic light.

Nothing. But I've been reading a bit online about a non-Femto (partial) unlock. I haven't seen it mentioned here yet but the news seems to be gaining traction on the intarwebs.

???

Nah, not if you're going bbk. And I'd probably stick with the aftermarket branding too. Nice wheels.
