Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on my 2021 MKV Supra for a while now and wanted to start a proper thread to share the progress, lessons learned, and some of the experiments I’ve been doing — especially around cooling and performance. I have filmed everything so far to date.

Some highlights of the build so far:

• Big turbo setup
• Custom coolant routing with valves (switching between front-mount heat exchanger and Interchiller)
• Stage-2 ATS transmission build
• Single-piece driveshaft swap
• Custom fuel system
• Ongoing testing with thermal cameras and data logging to compare setups

I’m documenting everything on my YouTube channel, Shay Harambe. The goal isn’t just to show off the car but to provide real data, test results, and honest insights into what works (and what doesn’t) for the A90/A91 platform.

I’ll keep updating this thread as the build progresses. Happy to answer questions, share data, and hear feedback from fellow Supra owners.
