Passenger windshield wiper twitches

This is now happening to me after having Motiv Reflex+ installed. My shop had to remove the wiper blades to gain access to the valve cover for PCV Block Off Pin install.
Now I'm having battery drainage issue because the passenger windshield wiper keeps twitching every few seconds. Car doesn't fully auto shutdown after 6-8 minutes. Some of the lights are on, that other users reported.

Since this thread was so old, I'm assuming no one was worried about Toyota updating anything that locked their ECU or removed their tune?

Contact motiv and have them remote in and turn on can sleep. There should be a tutorial somewhere on their website for it too.
