You're looking at the wrong model. Only the Z4 matters.Isn‘t the b58d built in the new m340i with 374hp for the german (wltp) market?
So it would be possible to put it in the Supra?!

That's interesting. We get the US exhaust and tune settings in Au, no GPF, but our Z4 is still the B58C.It is likely the NA market Supra will transition to B58D starting with March 2020 production. Other countries might get it too, but only those countries that currently receive the B58D version of Z4 M40i (because same rules apply).
The current plans call for A90 to be in production until the end of 2025.
dumb question, with no understanding of BMW hardware changes.... but why? is it on a platform-compliance basis or something? You're looking at the wrong model. Only the Z4 matters.
Sorry, But I dont get it.You're looking at the wrong model. Only the Z4 matters.
Only BMW engineers can fully answer this question. But it is a fact that there are no RDE-compliant Z4 B58D cars.Sorry, But I dont get it.
it is possible to fit the b58d in the supra/z4
But not the b58d with the „opf-Filter“ to Match the wltp Targets?
