I got them to admit on Monday that I WAS CORRECT in that the car had lost its provisioning. I don't have anything, weather, traffic, WiFi, Screen Mirroring, and of course Apple CarPlay, Nothing. All the things that the PDI provisioning is supposed to enable.

Done and Done!

The Toyota dealership provisioned the car again, just like it was a new PDI. All of the features showed up and functioned perfectly. There was a major update that was mandatory to be performed, so they took care of that as well.

i picked up the car for my son this afternoon, hooked up my phone, and enjoyed my music through Apple Carplay for the whole way home (literally 1.0 miles, haha).
