However, the lack of a spare is concerning.

Any way to get a spare especially for long distance driving?

Standard practice. You get a tire repair kit, if you're lucky.

I think couple of members here purchase spare kits from Modern Spare. Comes with everything you need to change things on the fly if needed.

Otherwise you gotta rely on the slime that comes with the car and roadside assistance...

I don't think it's an issue really because odds are if you get a flat you're just gonna pull over and get a flat bed anyway. Besides the rear tire, you will need a jack too. I can't envision anyone jacking their supra up in the grass on the highway or side road to change the tire. Car comes with road side assistance or your insurance has it for $7/month. Coupes have been around for a long time without spare tires, it's not an issue. If concerned, I would just invest in some run flats to at least get you to the nearest tire dealer. Everyone sells Michelin.

Yes I got the same spare tire included from the dealership, I believe it's mandatory in our GCC region to have a spare tire and fire extinguisher (which is mounted in the middle between the two seats btw) in any new car that's being sold

but I have also removed it from day 1 because it's an extra heavy load I don't wanna carry around all the time and would rather call a flat bed if or whenever I get a flat
