I had exactly this on my bmw i8 controller ... it was done cos i leaned on the button whilst getting something from the passenger footwell ... they dont fair well to too much pressure. ;-(
Yea Brembo put VHB on the pad meaning they can be hard to get off ... I ensure brakes are warm (by driving) to help make glue a little more soft .. then wiggle pad rather than pull.
Well i raised a case with Michelin .. their response was to tell me to go to an Authorised Michelin dealer BEFORE taking action.

Firstly I am a long time Michelin man PS2 PSS PS4S and now PS5
I had Michelin PS5 on all corners of my Toyota Supra Mk5 and noticed that at 20k miles awful noise from the wheels (like a wheel bearing issue )... when taking it to a garage they showed me that all four tyres had worn...
if you mention everything and include "Apple Carplay keeps Disconnecting" most dealers will do it ... especially if you are getting a service done at the same time.
I also recently had the latest software update done to my 2020 GR Supra ....
I did it for three reasons;
1) to "try" to fix throttle hesitation
2) EPS update ... better center feel
3) Electronic Damping Suspension improvements

be very careful not to contaminate the sensors when you remove/install them ... i NEVER touch the heads of the sensors and i dont use grease or loctite on the threads.
As long a no "engine light" you should be ok .... i always warm up car and run a tank of V-Power for the MOT.... but most Sport Cats eventually fail MOT prematurely as they become more inefficient. Luckily its a 30 min job to swap it back to stock on the Supra.
