yep i have that as well ... the Supra uses very thin oil (0w-20) so expects some rattling esp at cold ... also the valve in the exhaust is also prone to rattling ( its a BMW thing ... i had an M4 and i8 ..both had this ) ... as long as you dont throw codes or lose oil it should not be an issue...
Exactly .... I had this
EXACTLY...
I had this clunking BADLY especially over rough ground. .... it was not the tie rods ( or suspension) ... it was the fact the thrust bush was not moving freely to ensure correct amount of play from the steering pinion to the rack (due to too little grease...
I had to change the center front lip ... easy remove front bumper there are plenty of videos on how to do this .... then simply remove bolts and poppers ...
while you have bumper off replace the clown horn ...lol

I probably have not been watching close enough .. but my cluster is now saying service overdue ...i have booked the car in for Toyota to service but still need to drive it for a couple of weeks 500 more miles. I know BMW didnt mind upto 10% (1200miles) over before warranty impacted ... what is...
IMHO safe to drive , i thinks its one of those small excessive tolerance that sound worse than they are ... re-greasing is easy enough .. but if you nip up the cap a little ... 1/8th to 1/16th of a turn and sound goes then this indicate the the bush is the issue ... still prob needs removing and...
Well its easy and cheap so ..nothing to lose. You will know if this is your issue if you find the thrust bush is difficult to pull out. several months on for me now and not a single clunk. Good Luck bud.
Did you purchase this JB4 from someone with a Supra Mk5 ... and was it a 2020 or 2021 model?
The JB4 will detect the correct TMap ( 1 OR 2 ) .. if you change it you will probably get an error and it will change it back.
Default PID gain is 20
Pilot Sport 5 - i too dont track but want grip in wet and dry ... had them on for 2 weeks and very impressed ... i normally ALWAYS use PS 4S ... // the PS 5 cheaper and last longer.
