Check out this push/pull paddle shifter from Sim Lab. It's obviously a SIM thing, but it's still a magnetic paddle that does the same job. Zero idea when it comes to mounting to making it work with a real car.

But then he has to take his only hand off the wheel. I think buying a second set of shifters and mounting/wiring both to the same side would be a good solution but definitely requires some serious DIY, making larger paddles etc. Subscribed.
I'm in BC and live on a fun, twisty highway with an 80kph / 50mph limit... worse yet, there are traps on it pretty much every other day, especially when the weather is nice. I see a handful of Lambos and Ferraris getting loaded onto flat decks every summer.
But yeah, useless and illegal in...
Finally pulled the trigger on a hardwired radar/laser system. Definitely not as exciting as carbon this or titanium that, but probably my most responsible purchase lately ? On the way to the install I passed a well hidden copper while going 40 over the limit but he must not have been paying...
Got both my holes filled today… not that stoked with these Triple Seven plugs. The fit is pretty meh, and why wouldn’t they match the bumper color? I know that 3D printing yields a rough, matte finish but I should have paid more attention when I ordered them. Will need a much nicer solution for...
Hey guys, I've got a question about carpet and sound-deadening removal for you. I'm in the process of making my car a bit more visceral and entertaining than stock, and am basically always looking for more noise and "feel." So far, the mods I've done with this in mind are the motor mounts, a...
I live in British Columbia, drive my car year-round, and definitely noticed a massive improvement in traction on both ends when I went to Advan Sport A/S+ tires.
I don’t drive it in the snow, but temps from now until spring might be below freezing, especially in the morning, and there’s SO...
I’ve got the red interior and don’t notice or care that the passenger side is a different color. I can’t stand the red, though, and am putting in re-trimmed tan Pole Positions and alcantata’ing all of the shit dash, door, and tunnel surfaces in a couple weeks.
Anyone want to add red seats and...
That's why I'm asking to make sure that I don't need to do anything with them after the battery has been installed, and that they're only for initial setup...? The "after" part isn't obvious.
Hey guys, I've read this thread and still have a question that's definitely been asked and answered previously but I can't seem to find it...
Do I need to have these Bummercode and Bonerlink apps on my phone and do anything with them after the installation? I'll have a shop install the battery...
Managed to get my large-sized Fuel EX into the trunk. All I had to do was remove the headset, handlebar, and fork, front brake, dropper post, both wheels, the derailleur, pedals, and the upper trunion bolts…. Easy ??
I get what you're saying, but it might as well be a Ferrari to me ;) There are way fewer Supras in my area so people are always asking me about it, and I literally say, "It's just a Toyota, I know, but it might as well be a Ferrari to me." I'm a lazy, dirty, piece of shit who does his best to...
Not today but from the weekend. Thought I’d follow up with some sound. This is with a catted AA downpipe, resonator, and single titanium full length pipe that splits into two tips at the end, with stainless steel mesh. I asked on here about whether I should go with a reso or not and glad I did...
I used to get so mad that my dumb CarPlay was always crashing but now I think it’s related to how hot the charger makes my phone.
I’m gonna wait to see if your car burns down due to an electrical fire and then do mine. Great tip.
