Also factor in the below mods (apart from the Recaros and the Brembo BBK)
1. Baffle plate to the engine oil pan
2. Stronger radiator fan plus a new sub-radiator
3. Larger differential cooling fins, retuned rear differential
4. Thicker anti-roll bars, strengthened rubber bushings
5. Pillow...

The quality of the cat is important. The finishing of the flange is important…the thickness and the quality of the metal of the piping is important. That’s my value and you can well have yours.
I personally have a dump pipe cracked on me before and thrown the custom tune on the car off….not...
They are just wholeseller and reseller of exhaust items.
Where are their products made in and what’s the quality of their cat?
20 years ago my first ceramic coated dump pipe (no cat) engineered for an sr20det that was hand made in Queensland costed me aud 1k…20 years later a catted down pipe...
Stock wheels, stay with 255/275 for best handling and response but get better rubber…200TW. Rubber gives the most improvement in handling and grip, not size.
For street driving, you want those 200TW that gets up to operating temperature fast and decent in the rain.
Toyota currently has the following enthusiast cars (all with 6MT standard or optional) in the GR range:
1. GR86
2. GR Yaris
3. GR Corolla
4. GR Supra
How is that possible from a boring and frugal car company? Which car manufacturers has that many cars from their current lineups equipped with...
The Supra is an FR coupe and the MR2 is mid engine, rear wheel drive (hopefully) or AWD (as some suggested). Their will attract enthusiasts looking for different driving experiences.
i love my GR Supra 6MT but also missing the MR turbo driving experience from the SW20
Best sports car for daily driving I have had but that’s why I think it’s flawed as a sports car. Too comfy, low exhaust sound, soft suspension, power band focus too much on low end power instead of rewarding rev….etc, the driving experience doesn’t match the look of the car. I have coilovers and...
Not in terms of the mounting position. The Verus swan neck is too side mounted which I really dislike. The Adro tall wing which I have looks quite similarly mounted.
The Verus wing itself does look similar to a GT4 wing.
Akio is the current Chairman of the board. It’s him and his board of directors that approves car projects and then the CEO is delegated the authority to make it happen.
It’s the same with BMW, the board approves projects and approves the amount of asset allocations to a project.
It was Akio...
Not sure about the US but most young blue collar tradies in Australia started off driving manual pickups. That's all they can afford, a 25 years old manual Isuzu, Mitsubishi or Toyota pickups. Kids that are 16 now (many going into the workforce at this age, full time or part time) will only be...
No, the car will actually handle better and faster on a track. Check out tire rack’s videos on wheel widths.
BMW has been using stretched tyres on their M cars for over a decade. The E92 M3, 1M, F87 M2/C/CS comes with 245 on 9 and 265 on 10
Your 255 on 9.5 is spot on. Even the 24 Nismo Z runs...
Just sanitiser wipes? Yes it’s fine as long as no alcohol.
i used wipes to clean the interior (not dashboard or glass) of all my cars for over 10 years and nothing gets ruined, ever.
What works best for me is to use cotton cloth soaked in water with a bit of soap and wiped down the surfaces.
Mighe be so but it just doesn’t happen magically without someone making it happen and this is not a one person’s job. There are meetings to be held and talk with engineers and so forth. It will cost them and they can easily offset the credit loss by selling more hybrids
The Supra in the Australian market is such a low volumn car that it makes little financial incentive or sense to change the spec for the sake of earning a more favourable emission credit. It might actually cost them more to do all the recompliance again both internally in the company and with...
