The car ran without this issue on stock tune with the downpipe and with all feedback from other owners I am fairly sure its the tune.

That is why you don't have it. My car was running fine with catless down pipe before I tuned it. Its not a deal breaker and will be resolved eventually I am sure.

Car running DOC Race turbo kit on 95 RON + BOOSTane fuel so around 98 RON + Meth kit in a relatively nice weather. Tune still to be optimized (down on power in 5th gear) however I doubt it would go any faster with current DA in Qatar (1600 ft) and its going to get way worse the upcoming days...

If you mean short shifting during cursing in comfort mode then yes, and its very annoying since it will shift into 7th and 8th gear way earlier than anticipated/wanted.
