? Sounds like classic fatigue failure. I was a little concerned with how SPL does the split-tabs and a tension ring to "lock" the threads...looks like my engineering intuition was on-point.

Quick Jacks my man, Quick Jacks. I can't even count how many times I've had my car in the air this summer, and being in my mid-40s with a bad back from the Army these things are a God send.

I've been using the 5W-30 special tech in my car. I'm going to 5W-40 of some kind next spring before track season. For the winter I'll still run the 5W-30 for any track events or fair weather drives, although I won't be driving my Supra regularly this winter.
