The new Supra will be a very good race car build base, for lightweight handling, acceleration and high-speed. But I am still disappointed it won't get double wishbone front suspension.
Are you sure? Toyota has built 4 V6 engines in its history: VZ, MZ, the GR that replaced them, and now in the LS 500 the V35A. What all these engines have in common is that they are all 60°. Unlike Honda that had V6 engine in production cars with different angles, Toyota only used the 60° angle...
The Supra can not have rear biased weight distribution like a Cayman, because it has no transaxle. And it can not have a lower CoG because it has no dry sump.
 OMG!!!!!!! With the cheap ass butt ugly mirrors out of the way, I have noticed another flaw: cheap ass butt ugly BMW door handles!!!!!
Needs a quick Lexus LC door handle swap.
It must have been someone among Porsche, Audi and BMW. Porsche is quite respectable so rather the later two, but you can never trust a German if you are not in the same camp.
Too many cars, not enough significant differentiation. Won't happen. There is no indication of next Generation GT86. Should there be any, it is unlikely to be all new. As for MR2, Lotus got sold to the Chinese.
