  1. Unbearable gas smell

I overfilled my tank BADLY once. Filling up my tank, left the nozzle going and went into the station for a drink. Came back out and the auto-stop on the nozzle failed and fuel was pouring down the side of my car. I spent the next few hours driving off the extra fuel to bring the level down and...
  2. Nissan Z vs Toyota Supra

    I approve of this message
  3. Wireless charger "fix"...for now 🤣

I don't think they actually put the "transmit" antenna in the unit. From the information I was able to dig up, the connection that OP disconnected was the connection to the external antenna... Laird/Molex roof antenna, Frequency Band: â–· MIMO1 (790-960 MHz), (1710-2170 MHz), (2500-2690 MHz) â–·...
  4. Wireless charger "fix"...for now 🤣

I registered mine a while ago (maybe a year) when this first appeared on the forums. I have seen no appreciable difference in cellular performance. My phone gets warm but does not "brick" or thermally shut down.
  5. What did you do to your Supra today?

When entering information for navigation, use the touchpad to scribe letters instead of turning the wheel to each letter individually. That's one scenario

Fix a flat and compressor and tow hook are in the rear trunk behind the right side rear panel with the fuses lol
  7. Radar detectors ?

Been a Valentine user forever with great results. I still run a V1 first gen in both mine and the wife's cars (I prefer the analog knobs/controls). Latest firmware with every band disabled except Ka and laser. Quiet as a church mouse unless there's a CHP running nearby (they leave their Ka...

Emergency roadside reflective triangle. I forget the part number. US spec Supras did not come with it. I ordered one. Like $40 or something. Shows it in the user manual
  9. Your subscription to Toyota Supra Connect services for your Toyota Supra ends soon.

Appreciate the offer, but the issue isn't a language barrier (my wife actually speaks German). The credentials I have for SupraConnect (BMW Connected Drive) are not recognized and I cannot even log in. There's another thread on the site where someone got the same email, and had the same...
  10. Supra connect email

Cool, I guess I'll just do nothing :). Thanks for the follow-up!!
  11. Supra connect email

Did you eventually get any update to this? I just got my “service ending” email.
  12. Your subscription to Toyota Supra Connect services for your Toyota Supra ends soon.

Just got this email. The link they provided goes to the German version of the BMW Connected site and my login credentials do not seem to be valid (it’s all in German with no option for English). Can log into supraconnect.com no problem. Way to go, Toyota. Way to check your links. anyone else...
  13. What did you do to your Supra today?

Honestly, the Blitz looks better IMO. The welds on the GR version look pretty rough in spots and the crossbar on the Blitz looks beefier and nicer with the bevel. For what they’re charging for the GR part, I’m completely happy with my Blitz.
  14. When do you need a battery tender?

I use this one. BMW branded by CTEK. I know, there are cheaper options out there, but I use this one so that, if there's an issue, no one can claim that I fucked up the battery with the wrong maintainer. I pretty much have it on there all the time (I don't drive much - bought it new in 2020...

Looks like a fun day in Julian. Kali’s is a nice spot.
  16. Volume control of head unit

Bimmercode Maximum Volume for Radio on start-up -> 30%. [Verified] This sets the maximum iDrive audio volume on start-up Main ->HeadUnit (HU_NBT_EVO)->Maximum volume at start-up->30% Change it to whatever percentage you want
  17. Dumb autox classing question

The SCCA AutoX we run with here in the San Diego region always has a 'Time Only' group that we register for. It's super fun, no pressure and is a little cheaper than competition class entries.
  18. Hazard light on dash?

That button as well as the headlight auto button light stay on during the 7 minute power down time. Basically, when the car turns off, there are various systems still powered for 7 minutes until the car finally shuts down fully. The hazard switch will stay lit. It’s how I know if my car has...
  19. Anyone has a leaky transmission fluid pan?

Brought mine in for an oil change today and got this picture from the service team. They are starting with replacing the pan and seal. I'm guessing I'll be bringing it back again to have the yoke done. Making note of the part numbers
