I remember that one. Looks like it made it to Craigslist... classy!

My kid just got his license 2 weeks ago so he's still a pretty timid driver. Due to a scheduling SNAFU, we didn't have use of his normal car, so this was literally his first time driving the Supra.
He's a good kid, and you're supposed to do stupid stuff when you're 16, so I'm half expecting...
Just did the install, it was straightforward enough, I was just glad I didn’t break the breather hose ?.
Honestly, I would have preferred the clamps. At least there’s an audible click to know I’ve installed the pipe right. The screw clamps are fine, but I always second guess myself about...
Perhaps it is cheaper for MST to switch to a silicone turbo inlet (?). I was a bit surprised myself when I got the package yesterday
I’ll keep a lookout on the silicone part and how it’s doing. I’ll add it to the list of things to inspect.
I ran silicone couplers and inlets at the turbo on...
Ouch, that's pretty steep... is that to repair the existing holes, or a new bumper cover? I used these guys previously to replace a cracked bumper cover for my Sienna mini van, the paint match was spot on. Can't vouch for Supra (and BMW paint match)...
That's almost word for word of what I told my dealer too. Do not install the front license plate cover under any circumstances. I live in Washington state which requires a front plate. Some people seem to get away with not running one, but I don't seem to have that privilege on any of my...
Me too, I love my Quickjacks. So much easier for me these days just to pop up the whole car, lock them into place, even if I'm just taking off one wheel for whatever reason.
You should do what makes you happy, life is too short man.
I do have to say that the wind buffering and the boot release is blown out of proportion. I came from a completely uncivilized 2003 996tt build, you want to talk about annoyances… ?
@ope_sry that looks great! I always though the clear cover from MST looked a bit "off", but I couldn't put my finger on it. The black borders gives your cover some more visual weight.
I'm still waiting for my MST V2 to ship, but I may need to do something similar in the future if I'm brave...
