I guess what I meant to say is that it could be that the value of the MKIV is at the highest it'll ever be. Some might consider it a good time to sell. I guess you're right in saying its not worth selling a MKIV for an MKV. MKV has a lot of room to depreciate.

That's assuming the MKIV has room left to appreciate further. It's value may drop significantly if the MKV turns out to be amazing.

If the price is over 60k I'd be tempted to look at 911s that are a few years old. That's just my opinion though.

I was only joking about the red leather white paint. I believe the I6 will have the best resale value. If people end up buying the 4 it'll be to swap engines I bet.

Don't be so hard on yourself pal I heard a rumor that this car won't come in red leather, white paint, or manual. I6 if not for anything else but resale value in 10 years. I feel this car was designed centrally around the I6.
