I’m selling my Swift Spec-R lowering springs that I just got in July. Had them installed for less than two months. PM me if interested.
$200+ shipping OBO.
I switched to the HKS Hipermax adjustable springs since I needed to run a wider wheel & tire up front for track purposes.
I ran into a fuel starvation issue on track last week. Had 2 bars left and it went into limp mode after a higher speed right hand turn. No codes thrown, just a warning about reduced power. Restarted car and all was good. Reached out to Jackie Ding and he said that it’s common and the tank needs...
Ah, I misread your other post. Yes, the Verus splitter is for sure a well engineered product and is what I will be getting down the road. For some reason I thought you said the splitter was the prototype, sorry!
Ah, okay. the look of it is nice. I wasn’t noticing any fitment issues when I first saw the photo. Do you think it has any functional downforce?
I’m in Michigan, I frequent a smaller track called Waterford Hills at least once a month and try to fit in a different track the same month, usually...
My thoughts exactly. Thanks for reaffirming! I’ll wait until the day I want to sell or it actually breaks lol. I think I am becoming a track rat. I went to two track days this week, trying to make it three within 7 days!
During the nicer weather months here, I am trying to do at least 1-2 a month.
Very nice. Love how the front looks. What splitter is that?
Glad I didn’t have that set up when I went off-roading, though lol I would’ve been mad.
That’s all it costs??? Nice. I shouldn’t be so afraid of hitting cones then. I’ll wait after 6-10 more track days because I’m sure this is the first of many battle wounds to come lol.
Anyone know if this plastic can be buffed or reconditioned to remove these blemishes? Hit a cone on GingerMan going through turn 6.
Would prefer to just try and make it look better instead of replacing the whole piece.
The oil level measurement is very inconsistent in my experience. It was hovering around the 1/4 above min mark for a couple hundred miles and then all of a sudden it went UP to 1/2 after another 100 miles. I did a track day and pushed the car hard, and it went from 1/2 back down to 1/4 above...
Thanks. Same here! Level went down to 1/4 then back up to half. So that means it must have slowed down or stopped. Crossing fingers snd hoping all is well!
Not tuned I take it?
It’s affecting only the 3.0 as far as I know.
Another thing I was just thinking about is how the measurement works. I was under the assumption that my car was only consuming oil once I got a certain mileage after an oil change (for me, that’s around 1600 miles) because I...
Awesome, looks great. I am still waiting on mine from East Coast Supra. They told me mine was part of a large batch that would be shipping out, so hopefully I'll get mine soon since you just received yours.
Good point. I haven't seen any complaints anywhere regarding this issue. Must be dangerous enough to make it a recall ASAP before anyone else gets hurt though.
That would be awesome, but a long shot lol. It would also be awesome for a fix for the oil consumption on 21MY cars but also a long...
Good luck getting any refund from them after they charge you and take your money for a product they don't have in stock and won't ship. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I could open a dispute. After 8 days I got all my money back, thanks to PayPal.
