The EU Supra has twin scroll turbo (instead of single turbo entry) but more compression, and a particulate filter.
This means we have less power especially in high rpm, but a bit more torque in very low rpm. The EU are very quiet because of the filter, but a lot of english guys make the „black...
There is a hilarious legend about the US gov trying to send development aid to Andorra because they thought it was in Africa. I don't know if true though.
Changing your pads is easy once you are used to it, but it's better if you have some tools, and even better if you have a knowledgeable buddy for the first time.
Especially on the Supra, the front pads are glued from factory, which might be a bit scary for a first time.
Concerning OP pics, you...
“Tesla drivers floor it from a stop light in a 50km/h zone. Then they tell everyone at the craft brewery how they gapped a supercar while saving the planet.”
OMG that’s brilliant ?
Good review, thanks!
I installed the same but by a professional shop as I live in Germany and the TUV is a bitch.
Had exactly the same issue with the right side but was the mudgard was cut by the shop.
Concerning the efficiency, i never had big issues with the front brakes but I agree this...
Well firstly it's a nice proof that that oil in that condition is working, which is good for everybody on the forum I would say ;) .
Also some of the result can help you choose another oil over time, with time the tolerance inside the engine will change and it might be useful to switch to a...
If tire don't show visible damage you might want to try just changing the valve? If damaged of course just throw it away.
Changing the other side depends of its state and age, but most of the time it is easier to just buy 2 new tires so you are sure they are same models and grip level
I don't think any EU Supra ever came with those braces, only the 380HP versions from all other markets.
We might even have some pedestrian impact european safety rule forbidding it.
That said I dunno if it's really necessary, I can't say the supra chassis is flexing much...
If OP is true it is really a sad news, and most of the porsches on track are caymans so I wonder where they will go.
Here in Germany used caymans keep their value like crazy, they will all become unobtainium if they go EV.
Well Misha also dislike the supra and says our cars have horrible rear geometry.
I drove only against 2 Type R until now, both well driven and one modified. There are damn fast and more nimble I think, but lack the push of the supra in corner exit. I was also alwys slightly faster
I have the same issue when I drive too fast. Makes something like hiiiiiiiiiiiiii... Very annoying!
Joke apart, something is probably rubbing. Check your tire for marks ;)
In this case I would recommend you to start with an alignment, especially for the rear!
But I will let more knowledgeable people to recommend you the right alignment, especially for toe since you have 700whp.
Dutch highways are the fucking worst. Everybody is asleep all the way, and they drive super close to you, while playing with their phone.:thumbsdown:
I have the 335Hp (European) version and manage about 7.5l/100km in countryside and low traffic, 9-10l/100km in cities including traffic jam. This is in "comfort mode", if I drive in sport I don't check.
Would be crazy for a tune to multiply by 2 the consumption, are you only driving in heavy...
I tried to set the remote microphone of my goPro near the turbo and thought I would have nice stututu for my video. Ended up with exactly the same diesel sound as yours .
Thank you guys, I thought it had to do as well with to this kind of explosive fuse in case of accident in the oem battery. Glad to hear that's more simple :)
Sorry probably already answered somewhere else, but does this work only for bmw batteries or also an antigravity?
Saving 30kg sounds great but not if my dashboard becomes a flashing christmas tree...
