3.0s (non-45th) seem to be getting more and more scarce, according to dealership allocations. Perhaps Toyota is finishing out those before switching to the non-45th 2024s.
Yes, I've been on the Lotus forums for many months and pulled my deposit because of what I've seen - too many electronics issues. It's like an Alfa Romeo, only worse. I really wanted to get one but I refuse to go back to Corvette land of constant issues.
When I rented a 2019 McLaren 570S Spider, a friend and I took it to McDonalds. As long as you have a good alarm system, the only thing you should worry about is a jealous "keyer" of your door or someone who purposely parks too close to you..
:D I got used to seeing some castle houses in the Lotus Emira forum. On the other end of the spectrum were owners who had such tiny garages that they had to get out of their cars and push them into their garages. It looks like their garages are so old that the cars stored in them (back in the...
When we had a condo, my dream was to have a house with a 2-car garage. Then we bought a house with a 3-car garage. One of my brother-in-laws has a 4-car garage.
Sometimes it's best not to look at bigger garages. :D

I was told recently that the $500 deposit is refundable. I had explained that I never even sat in a Supra. The salesman replied that if I place a $500 deposit and don't like the car when it comes in, I can get the deposit back.
It looks like the 2023 orders are coming to an end and the majority of inbound Supras are the 45th anniversary models. Did you place your deposit on a 2024 and is it the anniversary model? If it's a 2024 non-anniversary model, your wait may be longer.
When you look at www.toyota.com you can search for dealership expected deliveries. It looks like very few 2024s are NOT the 45th anniversary models. Based upon what I see, the majority of those that are reserved are the white versions. My guess is that the orange color is not as popular a choice.
