Is the car stock? How many miles are on it? If its stock I would have the dealer look at it since there is a code popping they should be able to get some data. As for plugs I actually did have an M340i I worked on with some pretty banged up plugs at 10k miles.

Honestly I don't even remember I would have to check. I am actually about to go flush my fuel system and throw some ACN91 in to test some stuff. but its somwhere around 24-28PSI if I had to guess.

Currently there is no way to flash these over OBD without a patch. We can patch the DME and then it enables flashing over OBD for future flashes.

You could probably get away with an AMS Downpipe as well. They do add a few ponies but its not a crazy jump without a tune as the car reduces its power.

Zack from CSG tunes out of TRL up in your area. I am also in Arizona and I travel to California for tuning. 500HP on ACN91 is do-able on a Pure 800. I am about to re-vamp my Pure 800 ACN91 maps using my own car over the next few weeks. I daily drive with that setup.
