I think it's less complicated than this.
1) The true CAN bus flex fuel solutions for the Supra already tap into CAN and send messages on CAN. Hardware side is done.
2) ECUTek and BM3 already read/support the CAN messages the Zeitronix ethanol box is sending. The software is already using it...

I do. It helps. It's not gonna defeat heatsoak in the way an upgraded manifold would, but I'll take all the help I can get when the filter is just chewing down hot air in the engine bay.
TLDR:
Use the provided fuse tap and plug your control box into fuse F62. Move the existing fuse to the tap. It's in the footwell next to the BCM. You can check a fuse panel diagram to find it.
Connect all your LED strips to the control box.
Congrats! Your chosen RGB light color will turn on...
