It's sort of 50/50 for me. If I'm just running errands or going to a friends house I'll have it in normal, but if I'm datalogging or cruising with the homies sport.
It is a weekend car though so if it hasn't been driven in a while it's usually in sport.
Was wiping the car down and noticed these rock chips on my hood. Getting the e92 worked on so the Supra was getting driven during the week. Through the PPF too ?.
Rockin a Spool ethanol analyzer now too. No more guessing.
Did my first mountain run in the car and overall impressed with it. Took a pit stop before heading up, but definitely ready for my track day to push it harder.
So far I like it. Havenāt really driven the car too much after I got it on, but I do like that when the valves are open it has a deeper tone than the stock exhaust.
Figured this is the appropriate thread to post this. Mods are AA catless DP, valvetronics designs exhaust, and MHD OTS stage 2 on 91oct.
Normal Mode
After realizing I forgot to put the car in sport mode while I was on the dyno, I went back in hopes these werenāt my actual power numbers...
It did. Basically, starts as if the car is warmed up already.
I debated on turning it off because Iāve always enjoyed the sound of cold starts, but need the start up quiet for certain situations if you know what I mean ?.
Was done on Thursday but got the downpipe slapped on and made her a little more spicy ?ļø. Also, did the cold start noise reduction cause I care about my neighbors lol.
After sitting for nearly a month becauseā¦
she finally got some TLC.
Still working on the break-in miles so no tune until then. Will likely wait until after I use my free track day on stock map. Then mods and tune after, but glad I have this option now when Iām ready.
