It does take up more real estate on the windshield than I'd like, but I'll make do with it ?.
I was hoping it would sit lower and closer to the windshield, but didn't realize the RAM mount was so long. Oh well, not enough time to get a shorter one. It could be worse though ?‍♂️
The day you were planning on going I'll be at Willow Springs.
I'll spectate and be there for moral support next time you go ? , but probably won't run the car.
Well since this thread seems to be revived I’ll add to it to help my manual brothers out.
Top dyno sheet was on a custom e50 tune. Run 1 & run 2 was just a custom e50 tune. Run 3 & run 4 I added some VP Racing octane booster not tuned for it.
Bottom dyno sheet was MHD OTS e40 map. All in all...
Bled the brakes. Used about 1.5L of fluid. Pads are likely not going to make it on the car before my next track day, but hoping my new wheels & tires come in a few weeks.
As far as options I'd say most people w/ a manual trans either go with a JB4, BM3, or MHD. There is JB+ and MG Flasher, but you don't see many people using those. I'm a bit bias and would recommend MHD since they currently have more capability w/ the Motiv Reflex integration than BM3.
Whatever...
Yeah I think I’ve reached my limit with the stocks. Feels like I’m being held back a bit.
I’ve been thinking either Cup 2’s, Nankang CR-S, or NT01. Depends on wheel setup, but I’m planning on having wheels & tires dedicated for the track.
It was. I came up to you and asked how the car was...
First track day of the year. Aiming for four this year, but we’ll see. Hoping to upgrade my brake pads/fluid and tires before my next event. Might be able to get another track day on these stock tires but I’m ready to get rid of them.
