What did you do to your Supra today?

[djmad]

Went for a Memorial Day cruise

Then washed it today and test fitted where I wanted to mount my timer.

@djmad just saying, that’s an absolutely horrible spot to mount the timer.

What’s a better spot? I have the gigantic RaceBox.

It does take up more real estate on the windshield than I'd like, but I'll make do with it ?.

I was hoping it would sit lower and closer to the windshield, but didn't realize the RAM mount was so long. Oh well, not enough time to get a shorter one. It could be worse though ?‍

Way off to the right so that its not blocking your main view. Can only imagine how bad it blocks your view on a right hand turn.

And in other news, did the final stuff to my car (other side this time) to get it ready for my track day this weekend. Drove it to work today to verify all is good and so far, so good!

Spent the weekend driving in HPDE1 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for my free NASA event. Such a fun, fast track.

That’s a lot stack. I feel like you could just use a JRZ/MCS spring hat with a shouldered misalignment bushing direct to the monoball.

Not so sure I'm a hugh fan of grinding away at strengthening webs on a major structural element of the cars chassis.

Finally found time to install the wheel. A lot more work than it looks.

Looks good, it really elevates the interior and I'm sure the driving experience
