That was my thought without some kind of fueling/water/meth/etc 600rwhp would be tough to get safely and consistently and while nothing is impossible 600 on stock turbo stock fuel is improbable
I’ve been running 275 front and 305 rear on stock wheels for awhile 13mm spacer front/10mm spacer back and yes there is a little bulge but i don’t find it unstable at all. As mentioned you shouldn’t be pushing that hard to overwhelm this setup on the street anyway. If you did track days better...
I run PS4 AS on the front PS4S on the rear. Depends on how you drive the car, do you autocross, track days just drag strip will determine the best tire setup. Many people who don’t say track/autox there cars and just like the drag aspect run a drag radial or similar tire out back and whatever...
I’m seeing the same thing on mine. Oil build up by the turbo inlet that eventually dripped out on the steering rack, not a lot but made it dirty. I also sometimes get a whiff of oil and smoke coming to a stop which has been mentioned on here many times (they say it’s normal) so I put the BMS...
2nd that I really like the Kenjigarage downpipe as it is catless with a cat spoof system in it so you don’t get the CEL it’s one of the most consistent at not triggering the CEL light. As you eventually ramp up boost with a JB4 or Tune you’ll want to replace the plastic charge pipe, they are...
As a comparison i’m running stock turbo, full bolt ons (no meth or PI) 23psi on E40 and I did 477/565 and I feel the stock fuel system has a little more headroom, trims are good, timing is good. My gut feeling is 600 might be bit much without PI or Meth. I’ve seen some E50 tunes on stock turbos...
The DME and flash just control the engine tune the trans is controlled through a different tune all together. Could be throttle response is messed up in normal try the stage 1 map see if there is a change or flash to stock (but don’t relock the DME just stock map 0) and drive it.
what options...
I did 477/565 on e40, JB4/Backend Flash/Exhaust/Intake. Razorlabs just did some more tweaks timing is up a bit more now, fueling is better now probably added a few more HP the best part is the cars power curve looks like a table top over 400rwhp from just over 3500 to 6500
Feels really good and pulls hard all the way out! hopefully I can get down to the track and see how it does before it gets so hot here you don’t even want to go outside.
@razorlab Thank you for all your help I ran this log tonight after your update and that really smoothed out the timing for sure., What do you think, that where it needs to be?

Thank you! Really appreciate you taking some time to tweak this.
Just so I’m following along (really want to make sure I understand and know what to look for and how changes effect how it runs and what I should look for in the logs so I don’t break something)
first update besides fuel changes...
@razorlab here is a few runs after updating with the new fuel settings. I also just installed new plugs tonight as well since the manual says after 48 months and based on what i was reading they should be gapped at .22 so I got some of those nice iridium ones from burger and put those in. Idles...
