@razorlab here is a few runs after updating with the new fuel settings. I also just installed new plugs tonight as well since the manual says after 48 months and based on what i was reading they should be gapped at .22 so I got some of those nice iridium ones from burger and put those in. Idles nice and smooth….

Overall boost is up 22/23 and staying up there. Not a lot of throttle closures except on the shifts (well that first run was spinning so I expected that one). Timing seems a bit more and trims are in check and the car is pulling really hard.

3rd gear run first run trims kinda spiked up but the later runs it didn’t do that however it was spinning pretty hard on this pass so that could be it.

This is a 4th gear run less spinning seems more normal

This was the final one 3rd/4th/5th gear run

When you got a min take a peek please and thank you!

for comparison here is the other day before the scaling change I may be mistaken but seems like all of tonights runs seemed to run a bit more timing potentially a bit more power?

sorry for the log dump but appreciate the feedback and the help! You guys are awesome and really appreciate the help.
Nice. I noticed in your previous logs that there was a bit of timing reduction happening so I actually reduced the target timing in those areas. The reason for this is it didn't seem too happy with the higher timing target before and it would actually reduce ignition timing to compensate. Now that it has less of a timing target, it is running closer to the (updated) target timing, because it isn't reducing to help knock. Hope that makes sense! Should make it more consistent.

Here is an updated .BIN file. I added a little more fuel scaling, smoothed out the timing a little bit more and you might notice slightly higher boost in the midrange so keep an eye on it there, you might have to reduce some with the JB4.

Thank you! Really appreciate you taking some time to tweak this.

Just so I’m following along (really want to make sure I understand and know what to look for and how changes effect how it runs and what I should look for in the logs so I don’t break something)

first update besides fuel changes there was some timing changes in there? If so that seemed to work freakin great! ?

This update some more fueling and smoothing of timing?

in the log what should I watch for in timing to make sure it’s happy (which metrics) and ideally what should it look like if everything was like super happy and working well? kinda like fuel trims 49 bad 25 good LOL. In timing I know knock bad (how do you see that) but I do know that more timing (to a degree, ha solid pun there) more power and less timing less power and the balance is the max boost, max fuel and max timing when configured properly will net max power. Hitting that combo is what really separates tuners.

as an engineer this is all awesome and putting the puzzle together is extremely satisfying so thank you for your patience and explanations.

Feels really good and pulls hard all the way out! hopefully I can get down to the track and see how it does before it gets so hot here you don’t even want to go outside.
