  1. trash site

Good to know lol, that makes a hybrid choice easier. When I do a turbo upgrade in the future it'll probably be the new pure 800 or 900.
  2. Sparkplugs for tuned Supra

Stick with Oem Champion plugs or if you want NGK it's the 96206 Before the oil face off starts, since you're catless running e30 mix just go with a 5w30 or 5w40 that has BMW LL01 approval.
  3. Charge Pipe for 2024 3.0

Yeah I wouldn't bother changing out the charge pipe unless you decide to do a turbo upgrade/intake manifold.
  4. NEW Pure600 - Thoughts?

If you wanna go old school and be special whale oil can't be beat. Kind of hard to find, but you can impress the boomers at car shows.
  5. new XHP stage 3 update

After having the new update on for a couple days I can also confirm the 1.4 map is definitely spicier in sport, even when you aren't at WOT. In both auto and manual mode the upshifts are more aggressive. I noticed a difference in normal/comfort shifts as well, also seems to let the rpms go a bit...
  6. NEW Pure600 - Thoughts?

Ah yeah, makes sense. The new Pure 800 once that comes out for 2 port, or a similar sized turbo would probably be the play then if 500 is the power goal. Obviously the bigger turbo options need custom tuning also
  7. NEW Pure600 - Thoughts?

I don't think anyone asked yet - is ethanol available in your area? You mentioned 92 octane is the premium gas there but just wondering. Flex fuel is easy to get set up and even something like e30 mix makes a big difference.
  8. CEL 190302 (Fuel tank ventilation system leak)

Check the the evap line connections under the hood to be safe, but it may just be the fuel cap not sealing properly. I had that code pop up periodically the first year or so I had the car, and I'm pretty sure it was just from my dumb ass pressing into it too much when putting the cap on. Having...
  9. new XHP stage 3 update

Ooh nice, thanks for posting this. I just downloaded the update to try it out.
  10. Tuned car bm3 Dealership any issues?

It's probably just the oil change reminder since factory rec is 10k miles or 12 months whatever comes first. I've done free toyotacare service at the dealer in the past when my car was already tuned on Ecutek and had no issues. They should only be doing what's requested or approved by you if...
  11. Tuned car bm3 Dealership any issues?

What service exactly? As long as they aren't doing anything that flashes an ecu update you should be good.
  12. AT Transmission oils

Definitely agree with Amsoil trans fluid (i believe the blue bottle is the one to get). The biggest transmission builders as well as my tuner and his team recommend it even for the stock ZF trans. It's supposed to be better at dealing with increased power and also have better heat/ wear resistance
  13. What did you do to your Supra today?

Quick, it was within a week - ordered on a Saturday and it arrived the next Friday with DHL.
  14. What did you do to your Supra today?

I didn't see any US dealers selling it, so just bought it direct from Speed Eng in April. One thing about this one I like vs the Velossatech or similar snorkel options is it doesn't block any of the airflow area for the oil cooler/heat exchanger. So far I noticed IATs being a good amount...
  15. What did you do to your Supra today?

Nice, welcome. That purple on the M2 is sick also, haven't seen one in person with that. I kinda wish they had that one available on the Supra.
  16. What did you do to your Supra today?

Got the Speed engineering intake snorkel installed. Hopefully will make a noticeable difference, especially with these hot ass temperatures currently.
  17. BMS Cold Air Intake vs. Stock airbox? Hurting performance or even the engine ?

It seems like the Burger intake has a good filter, so I wouldn't be too concerned about damage there. Looks like it's an oiled one though so you'd just want to make sure it's re-oiled properly after cleaning it. Since it has the OEM airbox with no lid it will get hotter for sure. Having the...
  18. Auto > Manual

Yeah, memes aside it should really just be a preference thing. It doesn't have to be all logical either- for me something with a supercharged V8 I would have to get in manual, no matter how good the auto is. I got my Supra before the manual option arrived, and It's the first auto sports car I've...
  19. Auto > Manual

A silly anecdote; you could pass someone in a GT3 Rs who's a newbie or not really trying on a track, and I guess that would mean your slow edition Supra is faster hmm. We all know if you had god's chosen powertrain your times would be even better.
