I trimmed the spacers on mine. Only the top ones on either side since I was rubbing slightly on larger bumps.
I also used larger black metal washers for more surface area coverage.
Sorry to resurrect this thread, but there are so many similarities between the AWE Touring and this exhaust.
The piping bends, angles hanger points look EXACTLY the same.
Besides the resonators, are there any differences in the muffler sections? They look VERY similar as well but I doubt EOS...
Ok, I'll change it to 'extremely high' and see how that does. Thanks!
Yeah, I also have my 'start-stop' coded to remember the last setting via Bimmercode, but I don't know if that setting really does anything in this case.
I did. These are my current settings. Should I change it to 'extremely high' ?
Also, I was told by others to change from 'standard' to 'hybrid/start-stop'
Hmmm. Interesting.
Comparing the AWE and the EOS, it seems the only difference after adding Vibrant bottle resonators like @NitroYellowMKV suggested would be the mufflers themselves.
It would be interesting to see a cutout of the EOS vs AWE since it has the 180-technology built in.
I received another app update - did they release a "brap" feature for the B58TU Gen2 as well? Haven't had a chance to hook it up to the car to verify yet though.
Well, at last it's better than getting an email stating that they'll be charging for the services from now on. Or even worse, subscription fees for features like Driver Assist or heated seats. :dunno:
Hmmm. I'll wait until a video is released.
I mean, there are over a million videos on how to replace the intake, charge pipe, catback and downpipe. And those are way simpler.
Why not just one for a turbo swap?
