I swapped out the OEM amp for the Alpha One from BimmerTech and I love it. Simple plug-n-play swap and really clears up the sound quite a bit.

I bought my AA catted DP back in March of 2021. Not sure what version that would be but never had an issue. However, it definitely smells during cold starts. Just not as bad as catless.

I've seen quite a few mix the G2's in the front with the RII's in the rear. :dunno: I just don't trust the RII's for dd as they don't like cold or wet weather. Maybe do the G2's all around? Sounds like a good option for you guys down in FL. :thumbsup:
