Nice! If you want a more flush inlet coming out the front bumper give this guy a try 3” Plastic Port. I was gonna use this but can’t do it on the premium model.
Definitely not fuel limited. If you’re looking for another tuner look up Bend Calibration. They do more circuit driven cars so they know how important throttle mapping is.
Haha, maybe ask CSG for a group deal?
Track days/hpde stuff, no... I go based off of pedal feel. Racing, bleed before each event.
Highly recommend a pressure bleeder and a bleeder bottle, search “motive bleeder” get the bmw/euro one. Full bleed in under 10 minutes, one man job.
The price tag...
I too wanted a fresh flowing air source to the intake inlet. Made a thread about it here . Doesn’t show too much of the snorkel but took a 3” hole saw to the flat section of the radiator cowl, mounted a 3” flange to it and made a air scoop to divert air flow into the tubing.
When you contact your friction specialist/long time friend for brake pads and he says I got you and this shows up at your door.
All my previous race cars have been on his compounds, he said this is an improved version than what I have used in the past. I get why everyone is raving about CSG...
Ah, from your first photo/vid you posted it looked like a copy paste deal.
AMB, man blast from the past… used to time attack along side him, different class of course. He was all about massive tunnels, massive multi elements it shows through in Under Suzuki car after AMB consulting.
Voltex...
Might want to give the tuner shops a call if the basic inde shops don’t want to take in what they call “gravy” work.
I do my own work so I haven’t had any first hand experience with these shops but I know of people who recommend them highly. AZ euros in Mesa, Partsscore in Scottsdale.
Taking one aero element off of a GT3 class car and putting it on a road car isn’t gonna do it. The gt3 has more bodywork to increase its efficiency vs a road car, not to mention you need a front end package to balance it out.
Any sort of class racing will be limited to the rule set. Seeing that...
Could go both ways… most guys don’t test pump content on each fill. Majority of e85 pumps aren’t full e85, I’ve tested some at e56… can’t trust the pump, ever. Users that just wing the calculations without a sensor/gauge are on borrowed time.
If you was the best pedal feel go with Endless fluid.
If you don’t want to spend that much Project Mu G-four is half the price has never let me down. I ran Pmu fluid for a solid 5-6 years of track/racing, went to endless and never looked back.
Not sure if you saw it a few pages back but I...
Intake options on the market don’t perform well in our hot climate. I’m in the same area as you, logged higher temps post intake install. Upgraded inlet/arm/drop-in filter performs best in our hot weather.
I only know of one qualified race shop in Mesa I would trust a car with, however I don’t...
