Get rid of the cat, get a straight through exhaust and pump up the agression and length of the "burbles" and I bet you could get it to do it.

I have my duration set at 1.8 and Agression set at 7 and I took it for a ride yesterday and my wife asked me what is wrong with the car lol - time to dial it down.
