Id have them note it, clean it off, and see if it keeps leaking, if it keeps leaking have them put drain/refill and put in dye to verify where it is coming from.
I know you were asking someone else, but I never took my Supra in for this.
You really really want to keep your Supra away from a Toyota dealership unless its for a recall. They are not experienced, and do not want to service this car.
Everyone seems to have this problem (including me) - I think they are overfilled from the factory.

I've had half hood/half fender PPF on my daily driver 08 IS-F since new - it helps with sandblasting, but bigger rocks can get through the film and even still ding the car.
