  1. Recommendation on After Market Steering wheel

Vqcarboncustoms seems to be the place to go. I tried ordering from East Coast Supra but after 6 weeks I'm getting the runaround and having to do a CC charge back.??‍♂️
  2. Supra vs C8 Corvette

A piggyback solves the speed problem. Apparently both stock.
  3. What did you do to your Supra today?

You in Nova? I want to see this in person on another A91 before I do it...
  4. Mods not going so well.

Titan motorsports exhaust is loud as hell! Effectively straight piped with the valve open.
  5. Mods not going so well.

He mentioned some sort of lean safe mode. Changing the wastegate adaptation off and at a lower value helped.
  6. Mods not going so well.

New to JB4, but yeah I'm working with Terry on making some adjustments. Already got a reasonably smooth map 3, but apparently it can improve. Just haven't had a chance in the last couple days due to the weather. I have no doubt it'll work out, And the more I drive the car I'm worrying less...
  7. Mods not going so well.

Haha, Hey, he doesn't have to sell me on the ecutek, the JB4 is just a bandaid until the ECUs can be unlocked. I'll be buying an ecutek and pure 800 the day it happens.
  8. White clouds

Makes me feel better, honestly. I'm now at 1000 miles after the initial smoke I saw (yeah I've been driving it everywhere), and the oil measurement hasn't changed.
  9. Toyota Supra Break In Period

Having roasted 3 diff in my bolt on Viper (they normally can handle 2000hp+) because I couldn't wait before launching the car after each replacement... I'm pretty sure a lot of the breaking recommendations are meant to protect more than just the motor. Averaging 60mph at 2,000rpm over 1200 miles...
  10. Mods not going so well.

Installed the fuel it kit tonight and verified I'm at e42. Car ran ok on a few pulls during the evening. Colder weather came in (28°F) and now it will not accelerate during WOT. This is my life:
  11. Mods not going so well.

I calculated using an e85 calculator app and targeted between e30 and e40. 4.5 gallons of e85 added, so unless it was less than e70 I was between e30 and e40.
  12. Exhaust flap always open with engine on

Flap/valve is part of the Titan motorsports exhaust, the electrical actuator is the stock one, and I've tried two separate oem actuators...
  13. Exhaust flap always open with engine on

Last thread I promise.? Got a revised bracket from Titan motorsports for their new titanium exhaust flap. Exhaust flap closes fully when the engine is off. Exhaust is always open when the motor is on, no matter what mode I'm in, nor anything I try to do. I'm desperate to be able to quiet the...
  14. Mods not going so well.

I did the math using an e85 calculator. Going to install my flex fuel sensor shortly to verify though. I've sent Terry my latest logs and he's seeing some boost adjustments on map 4. Drove the car today for about 30 abusive miles and no smoke... So confusing.
  15. Exhaust flap closes JB4

I'm wondering if this is what's causing my new exhaust flap to stay open. None of the modes will close it though... At first it was an issue with the bracket alignment on the exhaust not allowing the flap to close, but after installing a revised part the flap closes properly when the engine is...
  16. Mods not going so well.

Advice, input, thoughts? Quick facts: -1950 mile A91 edition -Oil changed at 1250, seemed to drain about 6qts, usual light break in glitter, decent amount of copper material on the drain plug. Mobile-1 0w20 added. -Titan Motorsports catless downpipe and titanium exhaust (downstream o2 spacer...
  17. Oil Catch cans

Did you ever get yours or are they still on backorder?
  18. Bad (diffrent smell) and white clouds

Damn... That would be just my luck after 1300 miles. Were you able to get a warranty replacement (with it without mods)?
