I've never done autocross but (and this is just my opinion) it looks like something that's a lot more fun with a vehicle not as powerful as the MKV. I feel like you wouldn't be able to make use of the entire rpm range like you would with say a Miata or Toyota 86.
Damn, excellent quality. I've never heard my car from the outside but didn't realize it was this loud (I'm also catless) Now I kinda sorta feel bad for my neighbors lol
I do love the way the Q60 Red Sports drive despite them being two ton vehicles. I'll consider the 400z NISMO if I like the styling when it's announced.
It would definitely be an open trailer, doubt I'd get a house with a big enough driveway to have an enclosed trailer sitting around lol. I drove my coworkers big ass 3500 dually and that thing was intimidating.
I'm going to start tracking my car once I move and I was wondering what truck everyone uses for towing. I would prefer a Tacoma as I hate driving large vehicles so I'd rather not buy a Tundra. Anyone towing their cars with a V6 or is a V8 pretty much a necessity?
Yea I saw that thread a couple days ago, I've had my wing for a while now and don't feel like going through the hassle of removing it lol. I will say that 3m tape holds up like a mofo!
I always have Sport traction on (single press). Still lets you go sideways when you want but this car is extremely balanced and controllable. I've never driven it hard with VSC completely off, I'll save that for a track cause public roads are too unpredictable as far as road conditions go.
Oh you'll still have the smell even if you tune it. But I decided to go BM3 cause I'd like to data log. I'd have to mail my ECU to AA since I live all the way in the panhandle.
I've never had a Tomei product but this link concerns me.
vvvv
I know it's probably for legal and or liability reasons but the wording of that statement doesn't give me much confidence. I'll wait for some reviews, still need to get my car tuned to remove the CEL from the catless DP anyway.
