Aren't performance coupes in general fading away? The main consumer base who purchases them are enthusiasts which are a dying category in and of itself. I for one am looking forward to the EV market becoming more mainstream. I have my eyes on the Model 2 (or whatever they decide to call it) and...
Tried to take her to my local Toyota for the 10k mile service, turns out my car is too low for any of their racks, even the specialty rack they have just for the MKV wasn't enough. I'm only on H&R springs which aren't even that low. I'll stick with bringing my car to my usual BMW master tech I...
Doesn't matter, the technician will plug their computer into the OBDII port even during the complimentary toyota care service and whatever updates are available will be loaded onto your car. You have to tell them yourself that you don't want your DME touched. You may have to pony up the cash for...
Did you play with the gears a bit when you drove it from VA to FL? If it was in a constant gear for those 1k miles it may have severely messed up the transmission since it wasn't properly broken in. I was always told it's best to trailer a brand new car if you're going to drive it straight from...
Also check your alignment. My steering wheel was off center after a crappy alignment job and it threw every code associated with the driver assist package.

-AWE Touring resonated exhaust
-Autowerk catless DP
-AFE drop in Pro 5R filter...

1. it ain't our car, you do you boo boo
2. That's a question for your salesperson.
3. Probably cost savings. The second part of that question can be answered by your salesperson.
Give me 500hp, dual clutch, 200lb or so lighter, 265/285 4s or cup2 tires, and remove the pointless safety features, hud, and heated seats. That'll be the perfect track day MKV!
