In Colorado it's tied together with the annual registration and is based on the age of the car and original purchase price. The first year mine was around $1k as well but it's been steadily dropping. I'm not sure what it'll be this year but probably around $700. We also have 5% state income...
You pay $11,000 a year in property/ownership taxes on your Supra??? That can't be right. You must be talking about a house or something? I'm pretty sure the guy you all are responding to was talking about the ownership tax on his car.
Yeah there was about a 2 month gap between doing the rear traction links and then doing everything else. The biggest difference was that they pretty much eliminated the wheel hop. The general uneasiness/unsettled feeling when hitting bumps mid-corner didn't really disappear until I did the...
I felt the same with mine. There’s this one corner by my house, it’s an upward sweeping right hand turn with a few small bumps in the middle. My WRX on snow tires is comfortable going 40-45 through it without much drama to give a reference point, you can feel a little bit of understeer but...
Yes I’m running F/R SPL endlinks
HKS adjustable springs, Eibach front sway on the middle setting, Cusco rear sway. I would have done Eibach rear to match the front but they were on a lengthy backorder so I decided to go with Cusco instead to keep things moving.
I’m not sure what it is stock, but when lowered about 1” I was getting -2.3 deg which is pretty decent. I have the SPL LCAs now so it’s adjustable, but I left camber about the same as it was with the stock arms.
Most people recommend zero or slight toe-in in front (maybe 0.05 deg per side), around 0.12 deg toe in per side in the rear, and -2 to -2.5 deg camber front/rear. You can adjust from there based on your personal preferences, but that would give you a decent starting point.
Swapped out the stock pads for Endless MX72, and bled the brakes to get the rest of the stock fluid out after triggering ABS a few times in the last couple months.
I also realized I had a brain fart when I did the lines and fluid a few months ago. Our cars have 6 bleed valves, one on each rear...
You can buy it almost anywhere, this is what it looks like:

It fits just fine with my HKS Super Turbo exhaust
The bar itself is, yes, but whether that translates into any change in the car's behavior is another matter. My gut feeling is it won't make any difference you can feel, but it looks nice. I didn't really notice anything when I installed it.
No it's roughly the same size as stock and mounts...
The full set of SPL arms changes the feel dramatically and removes the slop when hitting bumps. I’ve done springs, F/R sways, and the full set of SPL arms, and the arms made far and away the biggest difference in removing that disconnected/floaty/bouncy feeling of the stock suspension.
I’ve had that happen about 4-5 times on mine. The first couple of times I parked and spent a lot of time using wrenches/screwdrivers to try to pop it out, but not anymore, now I just keep driving. Once you get up to 60-70 mph it’ll pop out within a few seconds. Then you can punch it up to 100...
Looks like the stands have roller balls on the bottom so they can roll laterally as the car comes down and the suspension compresses. The description also mentions a pivot for the camber change.
I started with the default height on the HKS adjustable springs, which was close to a 1” drop all around, and then after 2 weeks I measured the wheel gap and adjusted two of the corners a bit to even it out. 1” in front and 1/2” in rear would be an obvious rake.
